I think a lot about sleep.  I am trying to get it right (for me).  This is one activity (or maybe I should say rest) I am no longer as proficient at as I used to be.  I know this happens to many of us, and I have not had the fortune to escape this as I age.  I have a 2 year old boy, a second little guy on the way, a startup, I train for Ironman 70.3 events regularly, my wonderful extended family is spread out all over so I do not get time with them as I would like, and I exacerbated all of that by choosing to live in Silicon Valley.  Not the best formula for long nights of restful slumber.

Here is what I have found to be really helpful, in no particular order but definitely all at once: ear plugs; Yogi brand Sleepytime Tea; sleeping eye mask; prayer; Selfeggio Tones (particularly in the 528HZ and the 741HZ); consistent nighttime routine; CBD cream; and working on becoming a better husband.  That stuff helps.  Try it.  I slept through the night last night for the first time since I can remember.  All good.  No Bad.
